3. Backer Risks
Backing early-stage startups involves significant risk. Funds are released based on milestones, but there is no guarantee of return on capital or project completion.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use the platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering or fraudulent fundraising.
